PRISONER SENTENCED,

At the Police Court this morning, •Victor Fanning Fraser, charged with theft of jewellery on the Maori on October 15, was convicted and sentenced to six months' imprisonment, cumulative upon tho ••'previous sentence of three months -imposed at Lyttelton for other thefts on the Maori, in addition to a period of reformative treatment unserved. • ' .
