USEFUL SUMMER CROPS.

RECORD CABBAGES

One of the principal summer crops of vegetables is cabbage. To be able to cut very earliest cabbages in spring you must sow seed in Autumn (in March and April) of Cooper's First Crop, and "Springtide," and "303," or "The Bullet," but seed sown now of early varieties will allow you to cut heads ony a few weeks later. Then for cutting in Summer, December to March, you need Cooper's famous stock of "Succession." Our superb stock of this is unexcelled in size, and when cooked is beautiful colour, tender and delicious eating. Mr Lochore, Reef ton, wired us (Bth Feb.): "What ,is the N.Z record for Cabbage? I have a "Succession" grown from Cooper's "Seeds of Success" weighing 43Jlbs." We have numerous testimonials of our Cabbage Seeds—in fact, all classes of our seeds. It is the success that follows, the sowing of our seeds that increases their sale. Ask the principal prizebakers and the most ?successfiil planters in your district. We prefer them to speak for us. Insist on haying Cooper's, either from the bulk or in packets. If you cannot get them from your seedsman or supplier when you ask for them, write to us.—F. COOPER,., LTD. (largest growers of kseeds in Australasia), Wellington. Gil
