PRINCE LVOFF'S RESIGNATION
PETROGRAD, July 22
The resignation of the Premier, Prince Lvoff, was due to a disagreement with the Socialists on the question of land reform.
Prince Lvoff disagrees with his colleagues not only on the question of land reform, but he also opposes the immediate proclamation of a Republic, ■declaring that the Constituent Assembly is the "proper body to deal with such a matter.
