SUFFRAGE TO PRUSSIA.
PAN-GERMANS INDIGNANT
(Received July 24, 11.20 a.m.) ZURICH, July 23. The " Neuesto Nachrichten" (Berlin) states that Pan-Germans in Berlin are indignant at the Kaiser's granting of the suffrage to Prussia, declaring it undermines the foundations of Ihe State and hands it utterly to the democracy.
