PRUSSIAN MINISTERS' ATTITUDE
RESIGNATIONS WITHDRAWN.
AMSTERDAM, July. 20. The Ministers of the Prussian Cabinet who resigned have intimated their readiness to remain in office, as their resignations were a protest against Herr yon BethmaMi-Hollweg's. attitude towards the Reichstag, which was irresolute and dangerous.. Th» fact that the Ministers are all. reactionaries who considered that Hollwegg was over-progressive makes it clear that Dr. Michaelis is really-the Crown Prince's ' and Hindenbur&'s creature. '•, ■ ' ' - -' , The -'' National' Zeitung'' says- that ; Dr. Michaelis has reached" an ..agreement'- with the Liberal majority awl the Conservative groups.
