The Workers' and Soldiers' Committee, in "a manifesto, which was carried by 2000 votes against 112, invites the workers and soldiers to subscribe to the Liberty Loan, and thus give Russia ' greater independence towards French, British, and American capitalists, and contribute to the financial success of the revolution.
