SOCIALISTS' DEMANDS.
.REVOLUTIONARY PROPOSALS. (Received March 30, 11.5" a.m.) AMSTERDAM, March' 29. The Socialists •in tho Reichstag have put forward a series of demands, in•cluding the following:—That th-o Reichstag shall control the making and breaking-off of allxanoos and the making of peace and vt&r that tho Ch&ncollor shall be dismissed if tho Reichstag demands such a step; proportional representation;. votes for a'(l men and women; Parliamentary elocfrions; and the abolition of all Upper Houses.
