In their auction mart to-day the New Zealand Farmers' Co-operative Association offered for sale the property of Mr Charles Pye. of Waterton,. comprising 596 acres. The property was passed in at £13 per acre. The goodwill of Mr G. ,H. Scwell's property of 100 acres, on tho BarfortlMayfTeld Bond, was also ' offered ataunction by the New Zealand Farmers' Co-op. Association, and was passed in; at £775. ,
