WELLINGTON, May HI. i In tho House, to-day, in answer to Dr. Thacker, who inquired what was being done by tho Government to eliminate from circulation filthy banknotes, and whether metal coins were washed and sterilised, in view oi" the prevalent epidemics of infectious diseases, .
