INCREASE OF CAPITAL.
BANK OF NEW SOUTH WALES

SYDNEY, May 30. The half-yearly meeting of the Bank of New South Wales declared, a diyidend of 10 per cent., and a special meeting decided to increase the capital of the bank from £3,500,000 to £4,000,000 by the creation of 25,000 new £20 shares to be issxied pro rata to the present shareholders on June 1.
