REDUCING THE OUTPUT OF BEER LONDON, May 30. In the House of Commons, the Bill to reduce the output of beer by 15 per ocnt. was read a second time. The purpose of the Bill is to reduce, the calls upon shipping. The import of hops and malt is forbidden, esoep-t under license.
