THE WEATHER.
The rain continued until late last night, but this morning broke beaiitfc- • ' fully clear, and to-day brilliant sunshine prevailed, with a clear, bracing atmosphere. At, 9 o'clock this morning 14-J points of rain was registered. The terrestrial thermometer at the Domain weather station registered two degreesof frost. The Government Meteorologist's forecast to-day was as 'follows: —-The indications are for variable northerly winds, moderate to strong prevailing. Weather probably cool and changeable. The night will probably, be very coldj w,ith frosts inland. Barometer unsteady.
