V\'o" stormed 'Czartorisk, and,' turninß the «.ncmy « ! flanks, captured 700 of the First Crown Prince's Grenadiers and cine guns. Owing to the German use of esplosivo bullets, the Russian?, exasperated, bayoneted large numbers of t"he samo rociment. The pursuit continues.
The High Commissioner reports: — LONDON, October 19 (5.65 a.m.). • On the front of Riga-Mitan tho enemy was thrown back beyond the river Aa. South of Lake Drisvinty the enemy suffered huge losses. On the Upper Nioinon tho. Russians Seized" the village of St. Chcrsy. They also' achieved a big success soxith .of tlie: Pripet •marshes, taking 500 pnsoners. In cavalry attacks at Pod-" oherarichy, 1000 prisoners were captured, as well as the bridge-head at the village of Noyoselky. Thn, Russians rushed the village of Kooiiloviohy and took 1000 prisoners.
