THE DARDANELLES. A TURKISH REPORT. ALLIES' INEFFECTIVE ARTILLERY. (Received October 21. 8.50 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, October 20. A. communique .states':— There have boon artillery duels and skirmishes at Anafarta. Our coast batteries at Ariburnu silenced hostile 'torpedo boats, which -were unsuccessfully bombarding our positions. The enemy, on Sunday, fixed over 1000: shells at Seddul Baiir, without result.
