THE KIDMAN CASE.
SYDNEY, October. 18. In the Kidman case, Major O'Donnell, in a lengthy statement, showed that the Kidman tenders had been dealt with, in a similar manner to others. Ho know nothing about other tenders being Kidman's "dummies" till-after the Christmas holidays. He Honied &rar haying received money or Iravourß from Kidman. The case for the defence was then closed. Tho jury; before counsel commencedfchoir addressed, acquitted Major Page.
