3,000,000 MORE MEN. LONDON, October 19. Brigadier-General Sir Eric Swayne, speaking at Hull, said Brtain needed 3,000,000 more men, before the spring. Ho estimated that/Germany had still between 9,000,000 and 10,000,000 men of nges ranging from 18 to 45.
