THE CONSCRIPTION ISSUE.
LORD KITCHENER SAID TO FAVOUR IT. LONDON, October 15. Tho " Dai 1 y Ncivs " says there- is Little doubt' that Lord Kitchener's sympathies are now definitely on the aide of conscription, and adds that there will probably be a renewed attempt at tho next Cabinet meeting by a section, led by Lord Curzon and Mr .Winston Churchill, to secure a decision on the question.
