(From Our Own v Correspondents.) HINDS. A Presbyterian Gathering. Roll of Honour Unveiled —Tribute to Fellow Soldier. On Tuesday evening there was a good attendance a.t the Hinds Presbyterian Church. Mr Bishop (Home Missionary), in the course of the evening, made reference to the death of David Watson at Gallipoli. : He moved a motioni-of sympathy with"the friends, which was carried in silence. ■• " '■. ■ '- ' The Rev. G. Miller (Ashburton) delivered .an .interesting address on the war, winch was highly appreciated. Special hymns were sung, and Miss Davison acted as organist. •A special collection, in aid ...of, -the Red. Cross Society's funds, realised a considerable amount. A Roll of Honour, containing 13 names, was unveiled by Mr Bishop.
