Prisoners and deserters state that the reason the Austrians have not renewed their attack upon' Serbia is that the Austrian commander is not strong enough to undertake the offensive without help. He is unwilling to avail himself of the aid of Bavarian troops, whom he regards as unfit for mountain warfare. I
