Growers' are pressing for permission to export this, but this is impossible, as Germany* is withholding tracks in punishment for Roumania's refusal of the passage ef munitions towards Turkey. The one remedy is the forcing of the Dardanelles. Unless this is accomplished it is feared there will be a rising of the peasantry if- the prohibition on exportation is not removed.
