Mr Bi> tes's forecast to-day was as follows : —-The indications are for northerly winds, moderate to strong, and freshening. Weather.probably cool and. changeable. The - night will probably be very cold. Barometer unsteady,, 'with a, falling tendency. Conditions conitinue threatening to westward.
