SWEDEN'S ANTI-BRITISH PROTEST.
I NO SUPPORT IN AMERICA. (Received August 11, 8.30 a.m.) Washington, August 10. Sweden's negotiations with America for a concerted neutral protest against the British Orders-in-Council regarding contraband, have failed, and Sweden will continue her representations alone.
