THE LUSITANIA NOTE.
(Received August 11, 8.55-a.m.). . LONDON. August 10. The "Daily News" says:—" There is some concern in 'Washington at Germany's delay in answering the last Lusitania Note. IT Germany ignores the subject, Mr Gerard (American Ambassador at Berlin) will be instructed to- declare that Washington stands by her position and will take unfriendly notice of further acts of submarine violence." .
