GORIBIA.
ROME, July 27. It is unofficially stated that tKe Austrians have been retreating from Gorizia since July 26, and are suffering enormous losses. The evacuation of Podgora is only a question of hours, as the plateau of Carso is practically in Italian hands, only a few trenches resisting.
