LONDON, July 27
Renter's correspondent at the Dardanelles, describing recent fighting, says that the intense hoat was accentuated by sandstorms raised by. thei( Levanter" which swept across the Peninsula. The Turks are using high explosives, but with growing inferiority,, which. suggests that they have great difficulty" in maintaining their supplies. The Central News correspondent says that tho Scottish Territorials, triumphantly cheering, charged a labyrinth of Turkish trenches and carried three lines, and were ready to storm Achi Baba itself. When asked why they went on, one lad replied that they thought they might as well finish, the whole business at once.
