The " Da,jly Mail's!' Petrograd correspondent says that General Sulchomlinoff's supersession at the Ministry for War coincides with a clean sweep of the War Office of all responsible for the shortage of munitions, which has now diminished. The Government's action has greatly increased the country's confidence. .
