ALLIES' REPRISALS.
GERMAN CANTONMENTS BOMBARDED.
(Received July 28, 9.15 a.m.) PARIS, July 27. A communique states:— As reprisal for the bombardment of Fumes and Dunkirk, we bombarded German cantonments at Westende and Middlekirke. In the Vosges, we extended and consolidated ground captured on the crest of Lingekopf and occupied a pass between the Ligno and the Quarries. Three counter-attacks were repulsed.
