EX-MANAGER'S CHARGES
PERTH, July 26
Mr Davies, who recently resigned the managership of the State Implement Works, alleges that Ministerial and Political Union interference was so rife that his position was a mere farce. Three or four labourers were allowed to run the works. He demands an independent inquiry.
