GERM CARRIERS.
SOLDIERS ISOLATED IN
DUNEDIN
DUNEDIN, July 26
Two soldiers on leave from Trentham went to the public hospital to-day complaining of sore throats. On examination they Were found to bo carrying germs of cerebro-spinal-mcriingi-tis. It appears they are not suffering from the actual disease but were designated as carriers, being immune themselves but liable to affect others.
■Every precaution has been taken t< prevent the spread of disease in tb district. Both men have been isolated.
