DELHI, July 25
The Press throughout India continue to insist on the more rigorous internment of all Germans; as a J?re' catitiorlary measure. Special efforts are being made for the Serbian, French, and Italian Red Cross Societies. A number of tents-• have been sent to Serbia and a motor"launch for the wounded to Mombasa.
The .ruling Princes continue their generous assistance. The Maharaja of Gwalior has given a lakh of rupees for munitions. He and the Maharaja of Bhaonagar and the Chief Miraj have offered their workshops for making munitions. The Prime Minister of Nepaul has given a lakh of rupees for the purehasa of machine-guns. The chiefs of Central India have given a seventh motor ambulance and the Maharaja of Jind has given three motor ambulances. The Khan of Kalabagh has given' £2300 with which to buy horses, and the, Maharaja of Joohpur has given a settlement in his State as camps for Turkish prisoners. Other noblemen have given tents imd. aeroplanes and horses.
