SOCIALIST DIFFERENCES.
LONDON, July 26. Hanover Socialists, at a three days' stormy meeting, discussed the threatened split in the party, and criticised members of the Reichstag who voted for the war loan.
Finally a resolution was passed by a small majority, stating that the loan was a necessity in the interests of the people, of whom the Socialists formed the greatest pnrt.
