I A Convention has been signed at Constantinople, ceding the Turkish portion of Dedeagateh to Bulgaria,. i The Sofia correspondent of "The Times" says it is understood that the , Turko-Bulgarian Treaty concerns the " Dedeagateh railway, and does not \ apply to any engagement of a political character. Bulgaria does not hind herself to remain neutral or to permit ..the passage of contraband to. Turkey. I Bulgaria obtains tho whole extent of . tho line traversing Turkish territory, and Bulgaria's frontier coincides with the course of the Marifcza. All territory to the west becomes Bulgarian. The correspondent adds that it is un- . likely that Turkey has made these concessions without some political quid pro quo
