TURKISH PLANS.
ATHENS, July 26. ' There is confirmation of the preparations made by the Turks to attack at the Dardanelles. Largo drafts are being withdrawn from elsewhere in Turkey, and arc concentrating at Gallipoli. This is simultaneous with tho with the withdrawal of tho Third and Fifth Turkish Armies from Gallipoli, which have suffered sncli terrible losses that tho survivors aro completely demoralised.
