BRITAIN'S NEW ARMY.
A GERMAN TRIBUTE
(Received July 26, 11.30 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, July 25. The "Kolniseho Zeitung," in an article on Britain's new army, pays a high tribute to Lord Kitchener's organisation and talent. It adds :— "Even Germany envy must admit it is a performance of first rank, and although the now army is composed largely of inferior elements, it will soon become valuable, and it would be the greatest mistake to underestimate it."
