LECTURE AT METHVEN..
The Rev. E. C. W. Powell, delivered an illustrated lecture on Thursday night in ihe Parish Hall, Methven, on "Egypt and the Pyramids," with views of men of note in England to-day and other war pictures. There was a large audience, by whom the lecture was appreciated. .Songs were-sung by Mr Percy and Mr Powell. Miss Cramp acted as accompanist, and Mr W. Morgan as chairman.
