Tho weather conditions to-day resembled those' of balmy spring. There was no frost last night (a nor'-westerly wind was blowing) but on Saturday night there was seven degrees.
Mr Bates's forecast to-day was »w follows:—The indications are Zur northerly winds, strong to galo, xa,nd backing by north to w;est. > Weather getting worse for westerly heavy, gi£'.& in the country. The weather -appears likely to be-cloudy and unsettled,- \vah. rain* following. Barometer falling.
