APPEAL COURT.
WELLINGTON, June 28
The Appeal Court, second division, consisting of tho' Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout), and Justices Denniston, Sim and Hosking, began its sittings to-day. Tho Court made absolute the order striking Joseph Harold Moore off the roll of solicitors. Fifteen guineas costs were allowed the Law Society.
Final leave to appeal to the Privy Coucil was granted in the case Hermann Wey'er Manufacturing Company v. tho Mangahone Oil Fields, Ltd. No other business was doe, beyond fixing the order of hearing for the cases set down.
