HODGSON, Auditor. j ' 4 410 ASHBURTON COUNTY COUNCIL, "VTOTICE is hereby given that, at a ■ r*-^ t Special Meeting of the above ' Council held on FRIDAY, 9th April, 1915, a resolution was passed authorising the Sale of 3 Roods, or thereabouts, of' land situated; in the Alford Survey District, comprising Lot 2 and part of Lot 1 on the Plan deposited in the Lands Registry Office, Christchurch, as No. 1254, being land some time since purchased by the Council for use as a depot in connection with the Mount Somers Tramway, and no longer required for the purposes of the County; and the said resolution will be submitted for confirmation as a Special Order at an Ordinary Meeting of the Council, to be held at the Council's Chamber, Baring Square, Ashburton, on FRIDAY, 14th MAY, 1915, at 11 a.m. A Copy of the preposed Special Order is deposited at the Council's Offices, I Baring Square, and will be OPEN to the INSPECTION of the Public during Office Hours every week day up to the . 14th May., , • vV v V : . .
