SAFETY AT SEA.
LONDON, May 29. The test of Mr John: Bur^s's Bill, giving effect to the Safety at Sea Commission's recommendations, has been issued. It provides that every ship •carrying 50 persons must be furnished with wireless. '"" Penalties axe provided for failure to communicate by wireless dangers to navigation.^
