T , r . 'iCAPETOWN, May 5. The Cricket Unions- of South Africa, at a, conference in Bloemfontein, decided to form a Board of Control to displace the Cricket Union, whose management of the recent tour has been generally condemned. The conference /passed a resolution viewing with apprehension the vast amount of money wasted in entertaining the English team. [While the tour was in progress there were numerous complaints about the aloof air assumed by many of the visitors, and on one occasion, when they were expected at a civic reception they went straight to their rooms.]
