The late M. ;Calmette's brother, giving evidence :at the trial of Madame Caillanx, said ihat after his brother's death he .found his pocket-book pierced by two shots, and< inside were-two telegrams. He ;gave! them to President Pb'iricare in order that they should not be made public. . M. Calmefte had not'in his possession, when shot, letters such as w«i«,described by Madame Caillaux.
