HUERTA'S POSITION DESPERATE.
WASHINGTON, May 5
Huerta's position is reported to be ■desperate. Troops hitherto loyal are believed to be deserting. The WaiMinister, Bianquet, is quarrelling with Huerta, who now .is doubtful upon whom to rel> v. Rabosa and Senator Garza have been appointed delegates by Huerta to confer at Washington with the South American mediators.
