RUSSIA AND AUSTRIA.
RUSSIAN PRESS INDJCWANT.
ST. PETERSBURG, March 6
The Press has assumed an attitude of. the frankest indignation at the Russophobe outbreak in the Austrian newspapers, and\ declares that it is ridiculous to say that Russia is planning an attack on her neighbours.
The articles in the Austrian newspapers are regarded as a transparent attempt to intimidate Russia into her former submissivenese.
