A cable on January 14 stated that Walter Robson, cashier at the London Office of the Commercial Bank of Aup tralasia, pleaded guilty to _ stealing £7000 in notes from the bank. He accounted for £4500. The case was adjourned till February 10 to allow the accused to furni&h an_ explanation regarding the other £2500.
