LONDON, November 24. The date of the Dominions Exhibi- , lion is fixed for 1915, because that year 'is the centenary of Waterloo, and ,it will be^ 700 years since Magna Chavta was signed." It is anticipated that, the Empire Trade Commission report will be published in that year. Exhibits must be all British . and of a nonpolitical character. The profits will .be devoted to a practical Imperial purposeIt is intended to-make the Exhibition educational. The'directors regret clashing with the San Francisco Exhibition, but state that theirs "was uiootcd first.
