EIGHT HOURS' DAY ADOPTED

The Chamber of Deputies has passed a law fixing, an eight hours' day for miners. Optional overtime is not to exceed 60 hours yearly, compared with ,the Senate's provision for 150 hours overtime. ': , ~ ' "J, -[ Host oi: the strikers'- have resumed.
