ROYAL BIOGRAPHY.
LONDON, October 30.
The " Daily Graphic" states that in view of the King's dissatisfaction with the recent memoir of King Edward he has authorised the publication of a biography under Viscount Knolly's supervision. It is suggested* that Lord Rosebery will be the author. Probably the work will only deal with events prior to King Edward's accession.
