Raw wool, meats, flour, boots,, shoes, coal, and timber are free; combed wool tops 15 per cent., sugar 25 per cent., and free after three years; fruit 15 per cent., live stock 10 per cent. The reductions generally relievo the cost of living. . Raw flax and hemp arc reduced by 50 per ©ent.
