THE LIBERTE COURTMARTIAL.
The Courtmartial exonerated the Liberte's officers, though Captain James, the; Commander, and Joubert's action m absenting themselves from the vessel, was an irregularity. The Courtmartial eulogised the gallantry of Liten, Goarnier and Vignon.
