! TEHERAN, December 22. • Serious fighting has occurred at .Tabriz. The Governor?fe' palace was bombarded. There wei*e a number'-of casualties on both sides^, but the result is unknown. Conflicts occurred between Persians arid Russians; at Wzeli and ' Resht. The Russians-' occupied the police headquarters at Resht. (Received December 2% 10;20 a.m;) TEHERAN, December 22. The Russian Minister states that the Persian Cabinet has ■.;. given a general assurance that it will comply with the Russian demands.
